TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

· The above rates are inclusive of taxes.

· Rates may vary due to change in government tax structure

· If you wish to stay in a suite, please mark your request on the application form. Sahara Global will contact you later.

 

Please note, the hotel booking can only be guaranteed upon receipt of total advance for the respective hotel. All changes or cancellations must be made in writing. After receiving your payment, a letter of confirmation will be mailed.

 

The number of nights booked will be on the basis of details provided by the delegates and the travel details. The balance between the deposit and your total invoice must be settled at the time of registration at the conference venue. Additional services i.e. laundry, car hire, STD/ISD calls, etc. should be settled directly with the hotel at the time of departure.

 

Should the desired hotel category no longer be available, similar accommodation will be offered.

 

DEADLINE

 

Please note that the deadline for hotel booking is: December 15, 2008. After this deadline, reservation will still be handled. However, Conference Manager cannot guarantee hotel accommodation.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

For cancellations received after December 15, 2008 or in case of no-shows the deposit will not be refunded.
