Registration Fee

Registration Guidelines:

· Delegates opting for spot registration cannot be guaranteed kit/bags etc.

· Registration of conference is essential for attending Debate, workshops and other related events.

· **All accompanying persons above 10 years of age must be registered and paid for.

· Name and ages of all accompanying persons must be written in the registration form even if below 10 years of age to make identification badges.

· Members must quote their IAPC membership number failing which they will be treated as non-member and become liable to pay enhanced registration fees as indicated in fee schedule.

· *PG students should enclose certificate from head of department or photocopy of ID card to claim registration as PG student.

 

Registration Procedure:

· Registration should be made on the prescribed from. Same form can also be downloaded from the conference website.

· Registration form should be sent along with corresponding payment by bank draft only in favour of IAPCON 2009”, payable at New Delhi.

· Acknowledgement of registration will be sent to all delegates and this letter will show your. I.D. number, Payment details, payment due from your and refund due to you as the case may be.

· At the conference venue, counters will be marked with sur name wise.

· The “Original Acknowledgement letter” must be presented at the registration counter at the venue. In exchange of this letter the receipt of payment meal coupons, invitation card etc will be given.

· Payment outstanding will be collected and any refund due will be given at the time of registration.

 

Registration Cancellation:

·    For Cancellation written requests along with original “Acknowledgement Letter”      should be sent to the organizing secretary.

·    Refund will depend on the date of receipt of cancellation letter.

·    Up to 30th September –90% of registration fees.

·    Up to 31st October 0-75% of registration fees.

·    Up to 30th November-50% of registration fees.

·    Up to 30th December-No Refund

·    Refund will be sent by cheque after the conference.
